Office Policies

Appointment Policies

We strive to find the most suitable times for our patients when booking appointments. Your appointments are reserved specifically for you. We do not double book patients appointments. To help maintain your oral health, your next visit is booked before you leave the office. This helps maintain your oral health and provide the best care. We will confirm these appointments with you 2 weeks before the scheduled date. If you need to reschedule an appointment we ask that you do so at this time with a minimum of 2 business days notice. This will allow us to book other patients if you cannot come to your appointment.

We will remind you of your appointment 24 hrs prior to the date and time. If appointments are cancelled repeatedly with insufficient notice a fee may be charged for time that is lost and this may also compromise your dental care.

Financial Policies

Esthetic and restorative dentistry is an excellent investment in your overall health. We are willing to work with you in overcoming any financial obstacles to help get the treatment you desire. All financial discussions and arrangements are kept strictly confidential.

Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cash, Checks(current and post dated), pre-arranged payment agreement.


We accept most insurance plans. Keep in mind that an insurance plan is negotiated with the insurance company on your behalf by your employer, not the dentist. Insurance is meant to assist you with the costs of your dental care but may not cover all the care you require. When we formulate a treatment plan, we do so with your dental needs as our first priority, not what is covered by an insurance plan. We will help you try and make the most of your benefits. We will file the necessary insurance claims for you and payment will be sent directly to you. We ask that you settle your account on the day that service is rendered unless otherwise pre-arranged.

Due to the new privacy legislation, all communication with the insurance company must be with you or will be mailed directly to you. We do not get copies of estimates etc. sent on your behalf. Please keep us informed of any correspondence or changes with your dental benefits.
